Under the direction of a university professor or PhD candidate interested in water science to create a cost effective water enhancement device based on the pioneering work of Professor Dr Kronenberg. This would entail a prototype manufacture. A Feasibility study would be conducted to determine if commercial production is warranted.
Research should be made into the company that sold the Kronenberg water treatment devices to determine if the patent has expired. The Orange County Company run by the aging Walt Davenport ceased to exist a few years ago. I believe his company, Magnatec also known as SOPHRO, had the exclusive rights to the technology. I had a private investigator locate his new address and telephone number. I tried to contact him via mail and telephone but received no response. I had offered to buy the Magnatec technology. I had no response.
The enhanced water produced by the design created by Dr Kronenberg is well documented with detailed science describing water enhancement efficiency versus water flow.
The available Kronenberg literature, and other documents, which I have, describes application of magnetically enhanced water in:
• Agriculture • Similar devices reduce cow milk pathogenicity (Russian device) • Industrial, preventing calcification of pipes • Reduction in chemical usage in cooling towers • Home usage to prevent calcification of piping • Easy clean up of crockery stains (i.e. tea stains)
In the files I have a full day lecture, on DVD, given by Professor Dr Kronenberg. He explains the effects of the discovery of his pioneering water science. His technology gave rise to a new particle, which is now called " the Kronenberg particle"

The water purification unit is located just off of a major street in Tucson, Arizona. The plant dispenses water in 1, 3 or 5 gallon increments. The plant also dispenses ice in plastic bags.
